Oh my gosh, I am so excited for the August release of the 8" Treeson! It will be the perfect addition to my Treeson family. I hope I can snag one, it's limited to only 500 pieces worldwide!

Design By Humans : Men's Tees

I don't post a lot for the fellas out there, but I did run across some really cool t-shirts in the Design By Humans online shop. Check 'em all out here.

Jennifer Davis

I really like the work of Jennifer Davis. I think the Manatee float is my favorite. I found her via because we like to.

Lava Bar - Chocolate That Mends Broken Hearts

Bubi Au Yeung is an amazingly talented illustrator, and the artist behind my favorite vinyl toy, Treeson. She worked on an animated ad for Lava Bar - it's the chocolate that mends broken hearts!

Etsy : Stoopidgerl

Some very yummy jewelry creations on the stoopidgerl etsy shop!

Giant Robot Wishlist

Giant Robot is probably my favorite place to shop in LA. They've expanded quite a bit since I first started shopping there, and now they have GR2 (the best gallery in LA), GR Silverlake, and GRSF (San Francsico), and GRNY (New York). They just got in some nice new Princess Tina stuff, so I spent some time shopping their webstore and compiled my newest wishlist!

Chiho Aoshima - Yuyake-chan Miss Sunset Print

Princess Tina - Tea Cake Scarf (Black)

Princess Tina - Double Arms T-shirt (Coral)

Princess Tina - Patch Up T-shirt (Lavender)

Hello Kitty DJ Speaker (Pink)

Zune

I am an Apple girl, and I always have been. I've never owned a PC, and I can't use one very easily... they just don't seem to be made in a way that makes sense to me. I've got an Iphone, and an Ipod... and now I want a Zune!? I've never wanted anything that Microsoft made before, and to be honest, I probably won't even like the usability of the Zune, but there's never been a product more marketed to me! The website with Zune inspired videos & artwork is just amazing and I am thoroughly impressed with the list of artists they have on board. The Zune Originals project features laser engraved art by the best of the bunch- Tado, Catalina Estrada, Sam Flores and Meomi, just to name a few. You can watch Zune inspired music videos (like the one by Yves Geleyn that I posted earlier) and download wallpapers for your Zune.. I can't say anything about the device itself, but they have sure done a great job on this artist series!

Yves Geleyn

I've just come across the work of Yves Geleyn on Lumen Eclipse. Then I visited his site, which is filled with some of the best motion work I have seen in a long time. My favorite video is Katori, which I can't find code to embed on here, but you can watch in on Yves Geleyn's site, here, or on the Lumen Eclipse site.

The video Yves did for Zune is amazing too (shown above). I'm definitely going to have to keep track of all his new projects.

Below are images from the "Katori" video:

Peskimo - The Numerical Monster Forest

I want this Peskimo print from Poketo!

Yosemite Studiomates @ Grass Hut

I really want to visit Portland, and the two main reasons are Grass Hut (the gallery run by Bwana Spoons and Justin "Scrappers" Morrison) and Moshi Moshi.
I was looking at my friend Marty's blog, who lives in Portland now, and he mentioned a great show that is going on at Grass Hut. You can purchase some of the pieces online, here.
I don't know how I didn't know about it- Souther Salazar and Seonna Hong are two of my must-blog-about artists!

Here is the show info:
SOUTHER SALAZAR

ESTHER PEARL WATSON

MARTHA RICH

SEONNA HONG

MARK TODD

They all share a studio in Los Angeles county. And they are all bringing art to hang in a show at Grass Hut in June. This show is going to squirt amazingness into your eyes and hearts.

(All the work shown in this post is by Souther)
