Tado produced this lovely silver & black screen print for Archipelago.
They've also done some gorgeous new work for Domestic- that blue cherry blossom tree might just be one of my favorite wall decals ever!

Wow! I am so impressed with the lineup in the Uncommon Artist Series! They've got work by Allison Cole, Saelee Oh, Tado, Candybird, Jeremyfish, Jill Bliss, Sam Flores, and tons more. The site is beautifully run- you can choose your image and then resize to fit your iphone case the way you like best. They'll have ipad covers coming soon too.

I've always loved the creative inventiveness of Alice in Wonderland, and like everyone else, I am excited for Tim Burton's adaptation.
Gallery Nucleus is hosting Curiouser and Curiouser: Inspired by 'Alice In Wonderland' which will feature lots of TKB blog favorites like Amy Sol, Adolie Day, Aya Kakeda, Kukula and more. See all the details here.

Sweet necklaces, rings and earrings for all your girly cravings in the Zambicandy Etsy shop! The cherry blossom and bow necklaces are my favorites!

I love paper cutouts, and I love stop motion, so I was really into the aesthetic of this little animation by Saelee Oh and Eric Nakamura (of Giant Robot). Its a feature for Scions Installation 6 video, and you can see a quick snippet of it in the promo video below.

I've posted before about the wonderful work of Argentina based artist Gastón Caba. His characters are always fun, and original, and I'm always delighted whenever I take the time to check out his newest projects.
We Love Patterns is a collaboration between Gastón and a handful of other talent (including another one of my favorites- Bubi Au Yeung, Dana Zimmerling & TobyHK). The pattern work they have created is beyond stellar- and there's some cute journals, sneakers, and wall decals too. Browse through the portfolio here- you'll be amazed at the range of work, the cuteness of the characters, and the ingenuity behind each pattern.
The We Love Patterns site describes the collaborative project this way, "We are dedicated to create a growing collection of extra-cute, colorful & funny pattern artworks, hoping to help to add charm and whimsy to all different kind of products."
I look forward to seeing the products that I am sure these prints will be gracing in the near future!

You when you click on a link, and the site opens up and for a moment, you are breathless because it's so cute? Okay, well, this happened when I visited the Cute Plush site.
Cute Plush features indie-designed products designed by the artist Claire Belton- and everything on the site is so adorable, I might burst. Apparel, stationery, plush- it's all so cute you won't know where to start!

Wow, really stellar work by Yoshitaka Amano currently up at LeBasse Projects. Really nice superflat inspired work!

Let me just lay down the cute for you... french toast felt pins, ice cream felt pins (in lots of flavors, of course) pandas in glasses, yetis eating cupcakes, teeth with rainbow colored cavities... need I say more? The items in Apple Noggin's Etsy shop are so adorable, the only problem you'll encounter is knowing what to pick.

Sometimes, it's all about being first! A big congratulations to Little T Jane for winning the Rapscallion giveaway!

I am a huge fan of Noferin, and I love both their wooden toys and their beautiful paintings. They've released a line of plush, but I like their wood toys much better. All these characters seem a little too similar- just different ears on the same bodies- and I wish they came with the accessories featured on their illustrated counterparts. I'm excited to see the Noferin empire growing though! They are awesome people and super talented artists.

Have you entered the giveaway for this adorable wooden flower brooch from Rapscallion? Go here before midnight tonight (PST) to enter! Goodluck!

180Ronin has just designed a series of awesome skate decks. They can be found here.

Super darling jewelry by Miam Paris! I must mention that there's even some steamed dumplings in the 'Dim Sum' section!

Oh my goodness! The cuteness that is the new collaboration between Tado & Gola is overwhelming me! I've snagged this image from their blog, but you can see more on the Gola site. Really terrific work (as always) by the amazing Mike & Katie.

I love coloring. I love art periodicals. When the two combine to make a Color Ink Book, it's a good thing. The newest edition is here, and like the ones before it, boasts a wonderful collection of artists.
Featuring three show stopping covers the street cover artwork is by Ron English and two semi-secret covers done by El Gato Chimney and Jeff Lamm. This volume features El Gato Chimney, Andrew Council, Project Detonate, Ron English, Vassilis Gogtzilas, Chuck Harrison, Jeff Lamm, Pat Moriarity, Kool Skull, McFaul Studio, Jon Vermilyea and Ben Walker.
Color Ink Book is a black and white art periodical, which is published in limited quantities quarterly; showcasing the both, established artists as well as fresh faces. The volumes are printed on 60 lb Endurance Vellum Offset Book paper, to offer the reader the option to color the work showcased within: thus bringing the art enthusiasts and artist together.

Now this is my kind of mountain! Awesome print 'Cupcake Mountain' by Drew Beckmeyer available from Gallery Nucleus.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone! Here's a little sneak peek at some of the new artwork we've been working on at Bored Inc. Available soon!

My goodness. Every once in awhile I find an artist that I know I'll adore forever. My newest addition to that list is the Lisbon based Ana Ventura. Exquisite engraved prints in simple, lovely illustrations and wonderful colors. I'd buy every print in her shop!

Such a wonderful selection of illustrated prints in the Happy Doodle Land Etsy Shop! I just love them all!
