Bored Inc. at SDCC

As many of you know, my mom and I have been exhibiting at San Diego Comic Con for over ten years! This year, Bored Inc. still has a booth, but things are a little different. Since I am nearly 9 months pregnant (!!!) our friends at Hot Properties are taking care of our booth this year. In addition to our Bored Inc. merchandise, they'll have their own awesome officially licensed goods from brands like Minions, Adventure Time, Simpsons, The Regular Show, and more!

And we will still have Comic Con Exclusives- our Poo-Bacca handmade plush is limited to 50 pieces total, 1 per person, 10 pieces released per day, $18 each. We also have four 5x7 giclee print designs- PooBacca, Minion Poo, Call of Doodie and Spidey Poo! $8 each, editions of only 15 pieces, first come first serve.

I'm sad not to be attending and catching up with all our wonderful customers and fans. I hope everyone has a great Comic Con! Come by and check out our exclusives and say hi to our Hot Properties friends at Booth #609!

Bored Inc. at SDCC 2014

I am back home from my annual Comic Con adventure! This is our ninth year exhibiting, and there's nothing better than seeing the same smiling faces return to our booth year after year. The support of our fans is truly overwhelming, and both my mom and I are so thankful for everyone who comes out to see us! Thank you for another great year!

Check out more photos from our booth on our Bored Inc. facebook page!

SDCC Preview Night: An evening with 64 Colors' Gumdrop

Photobucket

Well, the first night of SDCC has come to an end, and it was awesome! The booth setup was tiring, so I didn't make it to the booth tonight, but my sister snagged me a 64 Colors Gumdrop from the Rotofugi booth, and then we all went to dinner. Gumdrop loved the spaghetti, but he drank a little too much, so we called it a night early and tucked ourselves into bed.

See you tomorrow, Comic Con!

I'm just about to make my way down to San Diego for SDCC, when I see this post on Vinyl Pulse that Rotofugi will be releasing this adorable glow-in-the-dark Gumdrop pup AND these amazing scented Marshalls from 64 Colors! And that's not all.... Eric and Laura will be signing them at the convention!!! Eeeeeee! I am so excited :D

Squibbles Ink + Rotofugi gave us a double dose of SDCC toy releases for their booth (#4736)! They’ve just released info on a release with the amazing husband and wife duo, 64Colors. With the success of the Marshall series, they noticed something was missing. Marshall needs a pet! Making its SDCC debut is Gumdrop, who stands 2” tall and will be released in a GID vinyl.
That’s not all! Also available from 64Colors are the ‘Smell Me’ Edition Marshall figures! They will be available in a Chocolate, Strawberry, and Marshmallow scents, that’s right! These toys smell! This totally changes up the whole ‘opening your toys to get a sniff of that vinyl’ game. Prices are yet to be determined for these amazing releases, so be sure to keep a few bucks on the side. Eric and Laura of 64Colors will also be signing and sketching at the booth on Saturday, from 11AM-Noon.
